Position Purpose

 

 

Join Certis Australia as the Client Services Manager (CSM), reporting to the Regional Operations Manager. In this role, you will manage client services across a portfolio of clients and projects, ensuring service delivery and operational security are maintained without compromise. The CSM is responsible for leading the service operations, optimizing performance, and ensuring high-quality security standards across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure client satisfaction and full understanding of Certis services.
  • Lead internal projects to improve resource utilization and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Promote a high-performance service culture, providing leadership that ensures a proactive, responsive, and positive approach to client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Delivery Standards across all client sites.
  • Identify areas for improvement, implementing continuous improvements in processes to optimize service delivery.
    Encourage a culture of safety, learning, and professional development within your team.

Qualifications:

 

Mandatory:

ACT Driver's License, ACT Security Licence (or ability to obtain), Certificate IV in Security & Risk Analysis, Certificate III in Security Operations

 

Desirable:

Certificate IV in Govt Security

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading client service teams, ideally in the security industry or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in Security Operations or customer service management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and high service standards.
