Position Purpose:

Join Certis Australia as the Client Services Manager (CSM), reporting to the Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for managing client services for each client/project within their portfolio. The CSM ensures service delivery and operational security are maintained without delay or compromise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and liaison to ensure clients fully understand and benefit from Certis services.
  • Lead internal projects to optimise resource use and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Champion a proactive, responsive, and high-performance service culture through effective leadership.
  • Develop and maintain site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Customer Service Delivery Standards across all sites.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
  • Promote a culture of safety, learning, and development for yourself and your team. 

Qualification

Mandatory:

NSW Driver's Licence, NSW Security Licence (or ability to obtain) 


Desirable:

Certificate IV in Frontline Management, Certificate III in Security Operations

Experience

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading a portfolio of customers in Security Operations or equivalent position.
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Security Operations.
