Customer Service Representative

Sydney Airport Certis Security Australia

Looking for a career that puts you at the heart of world-class travel, Certis Security is hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to deliver outstanding service at Sydney Airport Australia's busiest and most iconic aviation hub.

As a CSR, you are more than just a friendly face you are the first impression of our airport and a key driver in ensuring smooth passenger journeys from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist travelers with a welcoming and professional attitude

  • Work across key airport zones:

    • Express Path (Arrivals & Departures)

    • Customer Facilitation & Preparation

  • Provide accurate information and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency

  • Support new team members through a buddy-up induction program

  • Rotate between roles to keep sharp, engaged, and resilient

  • Share real-time customer feedback with the experience team

Qualification

  • 2 years’ experience in customer service (highly regarded)

  • A valid driver's license

  • Fluency in a second language (a plus!)

  • Strong communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills

  • Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards
