Quality and Compliance Coordinator

Position Purpose

Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Administration Officer to support our Quality and Compliance team.
In this role, you will:
- Monitor and action daily system-generated reports related to expired or cancelled licences
- Issue timely reminders for licence expiries, first aid certifications, and subcontractor compliance documentation
- Conduct monthly manual licence verifications for Western Australia and Tasmania, maintaining accurate records
- Assist the Quality and Compliance Lead with the coordination and renewal of memberships, certifications, and licences
- Manage contractors and personnel licensing in the CRM database
- Update the National Operations Centre (NOC), resource contractors, and direct officers to ensure alignment with the Public Register
- Manage shared responsibilities within the Compliance Inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance automation tools and processes
- Perform accurate data entry to support compliance tracking and reporting
- Provide general administrative support to the Quality and Compliance team, including formatting documents and supporting audit preparation
Qualification
Essential Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Compliance and Risk Management or Diploma of Quality Auditing
- Business Administration experience
- Knowledge of licensing laws and regulatory requirements (especially across Australian states like WA and TAS)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record-keeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Experience with compliance automation tools is a plus
- Audit support experience is beneficial
