Position Purpose
Certis Security Australia is seeking a talented and meticulous Quality and Compliance Co-ordinator, based in Macquarie Park, Sydney, to provide administrative and operational support to the Quality and Compliance Lead and functional leads across Regulatory & Licensing Compliance, Quality Assurance & Audit Management, and Incident Management. This role is essential in maintaining compliance documentation, assisting with audits, managing reports, and ensuring smooth departmental operations.

About You
As the Quality and Compliance Co-ordinator, you’ll take the lead in driving quality assurance and compliance within our operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards. This role focuses on developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting audits, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure Certis maintains its reputation as a trusted provider of security solutions.

- Experience in the security industry is desired but not essential; an appreciation for Security and ability to think laterally and cross-industry experience essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs on quality and compliance.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Maintain up-to-date records of quality and compliance activities.
- Ensure adherence to contract review and signing processes.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
