Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality & Compliance Specialist to support our Quality and Compliance team.
In this role, you will:
- Assist in maintaining and overseeing the certification and compliance of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Coordinate periodic reviews and updates of policies and procedures to align with evolving standards
- Facilitate internal and external audits to ensure ongoing certification compliance
- Assist to maintain the Document Management System ensuring up-to-date, controlled, and accessible documentation
- Implement document lifecycle controls including creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal audits across business units in alignment with the annual audit plan
- Liaise with external auditors and support business units in audit preparation and response
- Track audit findings and drive timely closure of corrective and preventive actions
- Act as the key liaison between the compliance function and the broader SHEQ community
- Facilitate SHEQ forums, communications, and knowledge-sharing platforms
- Support initiatives that drive a proactive culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Experience
Essential Requirements:
- Experienced in a quality assurance or compliance-related role; prior experience in the security industry is advantageous
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Compliance, Quality Management, or a related discipline is preferred
- Relevant ISO (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001) and Quality Management System certifications are highly regarded
- Strong understanding of quality systems, audit processes, and document control principles
- Familiarity with ISO standards and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and support multiple functional leads
