  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about events.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring all customer-related aspects are managed efficiently.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve future events.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with event coordinators and other team members to ensure smooth event operations.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

  • You must be available on weekends and weeknights.
  • Long periods of standing and walking are required so you must have the physical ability for this – a pre-employment medical is required.
  • Current drivers licence is beneficial but not essential, otherwise you need to be able to get to various locations as required.
