Security Officer - Level 3 - Virginia

Position Purpose
At Certis Australia, we deliver innovative and integrated security solutions to create safer environments.
We are currently seeking experienced Casual Security Officers to join our reputable Virginia site.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a visible security presence, ensuring the safety of customers, staff, and property.
- Respond swiftly and professionally to incidents, managing emergency situations effectively.
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security records.
- Provide high-quality customer service to clients and customers, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed.
- Provide security escorts as required
- Take a problem-solving approach to conflict situations
Qualification
Mandatory
- Valid QLD Security Licence, including Crowd Control
- Valid First Aid certificate
- Valid White Card
- 1 year experience in a similar position
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Promotes and encourages a team approach
- Knowledge of competence in the implementation of emergency procedures
- Microsoft Office efficient
Desirable
- CPR
