Position Purpose
The Solution Manager is responsible for driving new business and portfolio growth within Certis Technology. This role requires close collaboration with engineers, technical stakeholders, and delivery partners to develop and document technical solutions and functional requirements.
The Solution Manager ensures that solutions are successfully project managed to deliver high-quality outcomes while maximising profitability. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships and applying commercial acumen to drive business success. Experience in electronic security solutions is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
- New Business & Portfolio Growth
- Identify & pursue new business opportunities within the Certis Security.
- Develop & execute strategies to exp& existing services & introduce innovative solutions.
- Solution Development & Documentation
- Work with engineers & technical stakeholders to design robust, scalable, & efficient solutions.
- Define & document functional & technical requirements for solutions.
- Ensure alignment between customer needs, technical capabilities, & business objectives.
- Project Management & Delivery
- Oversee solution implementation to ensure timely & high-quality delivery.
- Manage project scope, resources, & risks to optimize profitability.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards & best practices in solution delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with internal & external stakeholders, including engineers, technical teams, & delivery partners.
- Facilitate communication between technical & non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity & alignment.
- Provide technical guidance & support to customers & partners throughout project lifecycles.
