Talent Acquisition Consultant

As the Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for utilising a wide arrange of strategies to source talent for our frontline and corporate staff within the protective services division. Your role will involve:

• Sourcing talent for a variety of Certis Security sites which include government, infrastructure, commercial, events and more.
• Consulting and advising key stakeholders on labour market trends.
• Develop and execute bulk recruitment projects where you will have the opportunity to work on significant projects integral to the business.
• Coordinate site visits to measure requirements for the role in line with stakeholder needs.
• Manage the candidate experience from screening to contract issuance.
• Implement methods to ensure retention during onboarding phases.
• Partake in opportunities to develop your career within Talent Acquisition and/or the wider P&C team.
• Manage onsite open days and presentations.

What You Bring To The Table:

• Prior experience in recruitment internally or within an agency.
• Demonstrated capabilities managing bulk recruitment.
• Ability manage and execute open days on site.
• Driver’s licence and method of transportation.
