We are seeking dedicated and vigilant full-time Control Room Operators to join our dynamic team. As CRO, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational security, providing real-time support to on-ground teams, and ensuring the safety of client assets through advanced monitoring systems.
This position offers stable, full-time employment with opportunities for growth based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage live security feeds, ensuring rapid detection and response to incidents.
- Communicate efficiently with on the ground security personnel to coordinate effective incident responses.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, system malfunctions, and escalations.
- Perform regular system health checks and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Respond to alarm activations, providing immediate assessment and escalation where necessary.
- Deliver top-tier service, always acting with professionalism and integrity.
Skills and Experience Required:
- A current Security Licence with CRO endorsement.
- Valid First Aid Certificate.
- Previous experience in a control room environment.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various computer and monitoring systems.
- Availability to work a daytime roster including weekends, and public holidays.
