A fantastic new opportunity is now available for an experienced Security Officer - Gatehouse with Certis Security Australia. Join us as we provide high level security services to a supply chain provider. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in our Gatehouse Security operations and alarm monitoring. We currently have a Casual
 
positions available, applicants will require availability for a 24/7 rotating roster based in Truganina, Victoria.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and directing of the drivers, employees and contractors.
• Confirming eligibility of persons entering site buildings as per client protocols   Following the direction of the client and foster a working relationship to ensure positive outcomes.
• The successful candidate must have the ability to read situations and act accordingly and have a willingness to help / intervene where necessary.
• Team environment.
• Recording data of vehicle movements   Conduct regular audits.
• Paperwork verification   Fast pace environment   Site patrols.
• Traffic management.
• CCTV and Access Controls Functions.
• Attending to emails and phones calls as received.
• Site Safety.

About You

• Current Victorian Security Licence.
• Valid First Aid Certificate.
• Valid Driver's Licence and access to own Vehicle.
• Cert 3 In Security Operations.
• Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience as a Gatehouse Security Officer (highly regarded).
