Security Officer - Level 2

Position Purpose

Join Certis Australia as a Security Officer – Level 2 and Enhance our safety and security in Geelong healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Role: Security Officer – Level 2
Location: Geelong, VIC

We are seeking dedicated and professional Security Officers to support safety in our healthcare environments. In this role, you will:
🔹 Monitor healthcare premises and ensure a safe environment
🔹 Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and effectively
🔹 Manage access control and enforce visitor policies
🔹 Provide high-level customer service with empathy and respect
🔹 Maintain accurate incident reports and uphold confidentiality
🔹 Collaborate with hospital staff to support patient care and security

Qualification

Essential Requirements:
✅ Current Victorian Security Licence (Certificate II minimum)
✅ Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to manage conflict and maintain professionalism under pressure
✅ Australian/New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency
✅ Previous experience in healthcare security or public service roles is an advantage
