Duties & Responsibilities
Join Certis Land Security (CLS) and help shape the future of security operations. In this role, you will lead operational excellence and quality initiatives that improve productivity, service delivery, cost efficiency, and customer outcomes. Partnering with stakeholders across the business, you will translate data and operational insights into practical, sustainable improvements while strengthening a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify and address process inefficiencies, operational bottlenecks, and service gaps, delivering measurable improvements in productivity, quality, cost, and customer experience.
- Lead root cause investigations into operational incidents, customer complaints, audit findings, and process failures; develop corrective and preventive actions and monitor their effectiveness.
- Lead Lean Six Sigma, operational excellence, and continuous improvement projects from opportunity identification through implementation, benefit realisation, and sustainment.
- Establish and review operational and quality performance indicators, using data to prioritise improvement opportunities, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Provide governance and assurance for strategic transformation initiatives, including risk management, operational readiness, benefit tracking, change adoption, and transition into business-as-usual operations.
- Develop process standards, controls, and quality frameworks that strengthen consistency, compliance, and service performance across operations.
- Coach managers and frontline teams in Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, performance management, and structured problem-solving to build a sustainable culture of continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Quality Management or a related discipline; candidates with equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in operational excellence, quality management, process improvement, continuous improvement, or a related function.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional improvement or transformation initiatives and delivering measurable productivity, cost, quality, or service benefits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with hands-on experience in performance analysis, root cause analysis, corrective action management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong project leadership, stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and change-management skills.
