Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure major projects are delivered effectively and aligned with scope, schedule, cost, and quality expectations. The role conducts structured project reviews, identifies early-warning risks, and recommends corrective actions to keep projects on track.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1) Scope & Deliverables Assurance

  • Verify that project scope is clearly defined and well-controlled.
  • Monitor for scope creep and ensure deliverables meet contractual and internal requirements.
  • Track all current projects to ensure sign-off milestones, billing and payment are followed.

 

2) Schedule & Milestone Compliance

  • Assess adherence to project timelines, milestones, and critical paths.
  • Highlight delays and support teams in developing recovery plans.

 

3) Process & Controls Review

  • Evaluate project management processes and internal controls to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.

 

4) Cost & Resource Monitoring

  • Analyse contributing factors for project’s cost overrun.
  • Surface issues related to resource constraints or misallocation.

 

5) Quality & Risk Checks

  • Review quality findings and project health indicators to detect early-stage risks such as delays, scope changes, budget issues, or resource shortages.

 

6) Stakeholder Collaboration & Improvement

  • Partner with project managers and stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
  • Recommend process enhancements to strengthen future project delivery.
  • Conduct sharing/training session with the Project Managers to ensure compliance to project delivery methods and P&L Management

 

Skills & Experience

  • About 3–4 years of experience in Project Quality Assurance or Project Quality Review.
  • Experience in IT or Security Surveillance projects is strongly preferred.
  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
