Duties & Responsibilities

  • Overall Job Purpose: Act as the dedicated workforce partner for assigned client projects, building strong relationships with client stakeholders and serving as the primary point of contact for manpower-related matters.
  • Client Partnerships: Partner with clients to understand ongoing operational requirements, workforce challenges, and project needs, providing practical and compliant manpower solutions.
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales/BD, Payroll, Talent Acquisition etc) on employee management matters, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations, employment legislation, and company policies while balancing operational objectives.
  • Employee Relations & Workforce Operations: Oversee employee relations and workforce operations across assigned client projects to manage employee enquiries, attendance concerns, performance issues, workplace conflicts, disciplinary cases, employee movements and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring effective manpower management and project delivery.
  • Site Visits & Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct regular site visits and stakeholder engagements to address workforce issues, strengthen client partnerships, and drive service excellence.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate workforce records, attendance data, timesheets, and payroll-related information, ensuring timely submission of inputs to the payroll team for detailed processing and compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.

Skills & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline, with 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients, employees, and internal teams across different levels.
  • Good understanding of Singapore employment legislation and MOM regulations, with the ability to balance compliance requirements and operational needs.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment; experience in the Aerospace Engineering industry will be an advantage.
