Duties & Responsibilities

Are you passionate about AI development and innovation? Certis is seeking an exceptional AI Programme Manager to lead our AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on AI expert, driving the integration of AI capabilities into our existing systems and creating ground-breaking AI solutions. Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on development of AI-embedded or AI-native applications.
• Collaborate with other application owners to infuse AI capabilities into existing application workflows and functions.
• Create innovative and impactful AI solutions.
• Develop and implement AI algorithms and models.
• Optimize AI systems for performance and scalability.
• Stay current with the latest AI technologies and best practices.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Passion for AI-related development and emerging technologies.
• Strong hands-on skills in Python programming.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-based AI development.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Progressive thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data processing, feature engineering, and model deployment is desirable.
