Duties & Responsibilities

You will lead the strategic direction and execution of AI-driven initiatives at Certis, focusing on the rapid prototyping, development, and integration of AI capabilities across Certis' existing and future technology platforms. This role is critical in driving Certis’ AI adoption, ensuring that AI becomes a core enabler of innovation and operational efficiency. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to explore, experiment, and productize AI solutions, embedding AI technologies into Certis' software and hardware ecosystems to elevate security, automation, and operational intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the rapid prototyping of AI solutions to enhance Certis' product offerings and operational capabilities.
• Drive the integration of AI technologies into Certis' existing and future technology platforms, ensuring that AI enhances the efficiency, security, and scalability of Certis' solutions.
• Collaborate with software development teams and business users to explore and productize AI capabilities, ensuring seamless integration into Certis' enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership on AI projects, from ideation to productization, deployment and maintenance.
• Oversee the development of reusable and scalable AI modules / services to enhance organizational agility and reduce development time for future projects.
• Engage with stakeholders across departments to identify areas where AI can drive value and address business challenges.
• Ensure AI solutions are compliant with industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and data privacy policies. 
• Champion AI best practices across the organization, promoting AI literacy and fostering a culture of AI-driven innovation.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive Software & AI Experience – 8+ years in software development, including 2+ years working with AI, machine learning, or deep learning technologies.
• Enterprise Project Leadership – Proven ability to lead enterprise software projects from concept to deployment, with expertise in agile, DevOps, and CI/CD processes.
• AI/ML Expertise & Integration – Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and experience integrating AI into large-scale software platforms.
• Technical & Cloud Proficiency – Skilled in Python, Java, or C++, with experience in cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS preferred) and data engineering.
• Leadership & Collaboration – Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to inspire teams and collaborate across departments.
