Duties & Responsibilities
This position is responsible for developing and implementing Ops-Tech end-to-end solutions that align with Certis’ strategic direction, customer needs, and operational capabilities.
The AVP leads solutioning efforts across multiple functions, including Hard and Soft FM operations including Security, and business development, and plays a key role in shaping proposals, standard operating procedures, and technology integration.
 
Scope:
- Lead a team in Integrated Facilities Management Solutions & Development
- Provide support to sales, Business Units, and technology partners for pre-sales activities, pipeline development, and budget preparation
- Proven track record in orchestrating successful IFM bids, develop strategies, design IFM solutions using Smart FM Technologies, and prepare presentations, proposals, and cost estimates
- Identify and onboard service and digital partners
- Integrate Ops Tech approaches to complement facilities management operations with property technologies to further enable digitization, automation and optimized Smart FM solutions
- Assess existing business solutions and models to enhance service offerings using Ops Tech/ business process re-engineering for digitization and innovation
- Collaborate on Smart FM solutions based on operational insights with internal technology and data analytics teams
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Integrated Facilities Management (IFM): Deep understanding of FM operations, service delivery models, and industry standards.
- Smart FM Technologies: Familiarity with IoT, automation, building management systems (BMS), and digital twin concepts.
- Ops Tech Integration: Knowledge of property technologies and how to embed them into FM workflows.
