Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in developing integrated End-to-End solutions based on Client’s needs and achieve optimized efficiency and balance between manpower, methodologies and technologies.
  • Constantly identify and explore new innovations that would help to promote productivity and/or enhance solutions to Clients.
  • Work with current project teams to review the operational iFM processes and identify areas of improvement.
  • Assist in developing an overall change management strategy for business process reengineering projects and conduct change impact analysis.
  • Manage key strategic ops projects to ensure sustainability of service quality and milestone progress.
  • Prepare quotation, tenders, and submission of bids for integrated projects.
  • Able to use digital systems and tools (e.g. Security+/Mozart orchestration platform, mobile-enabled facility mgmt tools etc.) to perform healthy building and infrastructure operations while also reducing costs, improving productivity and boosting sustainability

Skills & Experience

  • Degree with at least 8 years of relevant working experience in facilities management.
  • Strong interest in innovation and technology development.
  • Prior experiences in business process re-engineering and change management will be preferred.
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and management skills.
  • Dynamic and able to engage people at all levels.
  • Awareness of different digital systems and tools in the field of real estate, property & facilities management (e.g. Security+/Mozart orchestration platform, mobile-enabled facility mgmt tools etc.)
