Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage overall office administration, including office assets, stationery and office supplies, IT systems, procurement, and general administrative matters
- Manage finance, accounts, and budgets
- Manage vendor contracts
- Monitor staffing levels within the complex
- Oversee staff welfare and engagement within the complex
- Coordinate and organise VIP visits to MMRC
- Perform secretariat duties for management meetings when required
- Any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
Skills & Experience
- Degree or Diploma from a recognised institution in Business Administration preferred.
- Candidates with strong supervisory skills and at least 3 years of relevant experience managing junior staff are preferred
- Possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Independent, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented
- Work location: Multi Mission Range Complex (MMRC)
