Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for NTU Door Access Control System (DACS)
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items
  • Support documentation, filing, and data entry for DACS
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and NTU counterparts on scheduling and logistics
  • Provide 1st level response to enquiries/requests through NTU service portal for access changes
  • Maintain proper documentation
  • Support any ad-hoc administrative duties assigned

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
