Duties & Responsibilities

•    Manage end-to-end HR operations for outsourced headcount, including onboarding, employee relations, contract management and offboarding;
•    Develop and implement standards and procedures to ensure efficient management of HR transactions, including payroll and contract processes;
•    Collaborate with Corporate Partners (e.g., Shared Services Centre, Group Technology & Operations) to streamline Business Unit operations, enhance transaction processes, and support the roll-out of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and best practices;
•    Work closely with payroll, compliance, and legal teams to address employment-related matters and ensure timely processing of contracts, renewals, and amendments in compliance with local regulations;
•    Provide HR advisory services to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring adherence to Singapore labour laws (MOM, TAFEP, TADM) and internal policies;
•    Manage conflict resolution and disciplinary processes to maintain fair, consistent, and compliant employee relations;
•    Foster effective communication between clients, internal teams, and outsourced staff to align expectations and strengthen working relationships;
•    Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and the overall employee experience.
•    Any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Skills & Experience

•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to outsourced workforce management or client-driven employment environments;
•    Strong knowledge of the Employment Act and MOM regulations;
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS software (e.g., SAP, QuickHR);
•    Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving;
•    Fast learner with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment;
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization;
•    Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
