Duties & Responsibilities

•    Oversee day-to-day of cash reconciliation operations and activities
•    Review and plan workflow for cash reconciliation operations and activities
•    Determine resources requirements base on operations capacity and specifications
•    Maintain up to date the information in the system if necessary
•    Notify customers on any delays and incidents
•    Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
•    Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements
•    Assist the Manager in the development of project plans that effectively align scope, time, cost, quality, resources, risk, communication and procurement in a manner that enables highly coordinated execution and control
•    Resolve issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly
•    Assist in employee hiring, training, performance evaluation, retention and termination activities

Skills & Experience

•    Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of working experience in project development
•    Fresh graduates are also welcome
•    The ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
•    Significant experience in planning, particularly development management, working within a busy team environment
•    Ability to interact and understand IT issues related business processes and systems changes  
•    Requires the ability to direct and manage through multiple teams
•    Good interpersonal skills and a team player with positive attitude
•    Ability to multitasking
