Duties & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and creative individual to support the integration of design thinking methodologies across the company and various projects. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to uncover challenges, co-create innovative solutions, and deliver positive user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitation and Collaboration: Lead or co-facilitate design thinking workshops and discussions with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and solve complex problems.
- Research and Insights: Gather and analyze user needs and feedback, translating them into actionable insights that guide project strategies.
- Design and Prototyping: Collaborate with stakeholders to ideate, prototype, and test solutions aimed at enhancing service quality and user satisfaction.
- Documentation: Develop clear and comprehensive documentation of findings, insights, and recommendations for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Advocacy: Act as an advocate for user-centered design principles and methodologies, promoting their adoption across the organization.
Skills & Experience
Experiences
- Preference for candidates pursuing or holding a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Design, Innovation, Business, or related fields who have 1-2 years of related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and facilitate discussions.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with multiple priorities.
Skills & Competencies
- Essential:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools, with a willingness to learn new software as required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and experience applying them in a professional setting.
- Basic proficiency in visual design tools or software is a plus.
