Duties & Responsibilities

As Assistant Manager, Transformation Office PMO, he/she has to:

  • Project Coordination: Assist to coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables across the Program Management Office, ensuring up-to-date project schedules and on time delivery for all projects
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and assist with follow-up actions, ensuring participants are prepared and relevant materials are available.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including meeting minutes, matters arising, progress reports, and status updates across the Program Management Office.
  • Communication Support: Act as a liaison between the Program Management Office, Tech Partners and stakeholders with preparation of project updates, changes, and issues to ensure smooth communication across all parties.
  • Risk Management: Monitor potential project risks and assist the Project Manager in developing mitigation strategies. Help track issues and assist in resolving problems to keep the project on course.

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Business, Electronics Engineering / Computer Engineering / Computer Science.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business partnering with project management skills, stakeholder engagement acumen, vendor management skills, and delivery services.
  • Familiarity with project management methodology and tools will be an advantage
  • Familiar and experience with Microsoft applications and tools such as power apps, power automate, power BU, etc
  • Experience in managing multi-cultural and multi-geographical teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage relationships in a matrix environment.
