Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and conduct Chief Safety Officer for weapon training
- Perform quality and safety compliance checks
- Recruitment of new trainers
- Security clearance submissions
- Provide staff administration and welfare matters
- Maintain staff / trainers records
- Take care of logistics planning, equipping plan (requisition and procurement)
- Maintain and replace inventory and stock take, provide kit inspection
- Be the administrator for staff leave, medical and claims
- Finance Management for Annual Budget (Forecast and monitoring), Revenue and Cost overheads (expenditure)
- Be ISO representative for CCWT
- Attend and organize required meetings, prepare required reports, recording of minutes and track follow up actions.
- Take part in productivity and quality drives, LSS< CSDS< work/ system improvements
- Manage and evaluate Trainers' Performance and plan induction and On-Job-Training programs
- End to end representative for CCWT Incident Management
- Drive automation process, digitized range management system and electronic signatures.
- Knowledge management – to develop and maintain Weapon Training processes and procedure
- Develop new training pedagogies, enhance training systems.
- Cover duties for Project Director and/or Chief Trainer when required
- Point of contact for CCWT for audit, address Issues, summaries raised by auditors
- Any other adhoc as assigned
Skills & Experience
- Versed in SAP Weapon Technical Handling, Authorised Operating Materials (AOMs) and Army Safety Management
- Process good communication skills and the ability to give instruction
