Duties & Responsibilities

  • Working closely with WSH Singapore Market (Corporate level), to develop Certis Land Security’s (CLS) Workplace Safety and Health System (WSH) and establishing WSH programmes in collaboration with the organisation’s management team and key stakeholders
  • Plays a strategic role in ensuring alignment between the organisation’s WSH policy and its business and operational concerns
  • Collaborates closely with colleagues in all Segments/Divisions within CLS to facilitate effective enforcement of WSH parameters across the organisation, by evaluating current processes and systems, and staying abreast of legislative requirements and industry best practices in WSH.
  • Must possess a relevant WSH qualification recognised by the MOM to take on the job.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Licensed Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with Ministry of Manpower
  • Have at least 2 years of work experience relevant to the work to be carried out by a WSHO
  • Comfortable working with data, have a good understanding of the methodologies and limitations of statistics, and be able to present salient findings effectively
  • Strong policy acumen and good analytical skills
  • Highly-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well in a team, with the willingness to take initiative
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with the confidence to meaningfully engage diverse stakeholders
