Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and review the project perimeters and ensure project deliveries are met within the stipulated budget
  • Responsible for project management and operations which includes:

            ** Resource planning and deployment
            ** Develop and streamline internal and external operations processes
           ** Ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations

  • Drive project deliveries to ensure quality customer service
  • Provide supervision and guidance to project team
  • Responsible for the projects’ administration, documentation, procurement and performance
  • Customer and staff engagement through regular site visits and meetings
  • Key liaison with the client’s operations stakeholders
  • Other ad-hoc tasks such as project stand-in duties or service quality audits as assigned

Skills & Experience

  • Degree from a recognized institution with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in healthcare related or outsourced services background
  • Team player with high level of initiative and resourcefulness
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills through all levels
  • Organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven Leadership experience with managing a team across geographic
