Duties & Responsibilities
• Actively involve and drive the development and implementation of existing/new project for the Business Unit.
• Work closely with management team on overall growth strategy to ensure product is appealing to market by evaluating marketing competition and analyzing customer data.
• Oversee the product line’s life cycle and anticipate any problems after deployment.
• Familiarize with the product line’s components and potential impact on the market as a whole.
• Proactively conceive, document and drive the creation of new enhancements based on research, data collection, competitive analysis, marketing understanding, customer input and feedback.
• Prepare and execute launch and marketing events for new and existing product lines.
• Be the subject matter expert for go-to-market strategy.
• Identify, approach and onboard potential partners.
• Obtain a complete understanding of all customers' contractual agreements to drive the fulfilment of requests and services within the SLA and to facilitate accurate financial forecasting.
• Manage and communicate with key personnel on operational support.
• Engaging the customers, internal stakeholders and/ or vendors to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Manages all escalations and complaints with appropriate priority and diligence.
• Work closely with Sales/Account Managers to ensure timely renewal of contract.
• Identify operational gaps and drive to ensure closure, both internally and externally.
• Prepare and present the leads forecasting and resources capacity planning for deployment team.
• Responsible for driving segment business with emphasis on revenue and user growth.
• Develop end-to-end go to market plan on new product launches and maintaining the attractiveness of the existing product.
• Monitor and maintain competitive benchmarks and market trends. Present analysis and propose counter or upgrade measures to maintain competitiveness.
• Assist in reviewing and improving workflows to boost efficiency.
• Support the implementation of practical tools or low-code solutions to streamline operations.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, background in Information Technology (IT), coding or related fields is highly advantageous and will be considered a plus
- Proven work experience in operations management & security operations is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues, troubleshoot effectively, and develop creative technical solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel, familiarity with Power Apps and Power BI is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques
