Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and implementation of automation projects and process improvements within the Accounts Payable (AP) and Financial Accounting (FA) functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery within established timelines.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancement and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and project outcomes.
  • Proactively identify, address, and escalate project risks and issues to ensure successful resolution.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges, and next steps.
  • Regularly report project status to key stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate project deliverables.
  • Support AP and FA operational tasks as assigned by the AP Head.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in automation and process improvement within AP and FA.
  • Proficiency in SAP is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented, committed, and a strong team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
