Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in day to day operation in a Datacentre for the project / maintenance team
- Assist to add and troubleshoot on any site devices that need to be added to the backend (if any)
- Be stationed in the Datacentre during Project and Maintenance phase of the project
- Installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and servicing of a wide variety of equipment including but not limited to: General security systems, Alarm systems, CCTV systems, Access control systems
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to network connectivity, server performance, and communication between security systems (e.g., CCTV, alarm systems, access control systems).
- Provide feedback to management on issues faced on the ground
Skills & Experience
- Candidate should possess at least a Professional Certificate/ NiTEC in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
- 2 year(s) of working experience in related fields is preferred for this position
