Duties & Responsibilities
Contract Performance & Compliance
- Track and monitor Certis’s MHA contract performance against contractual Key Performance Matrices (KPMs) and service-level obligations.
- Prepare and present regular performance and compliance reports to management and key stakeholders.
- Identify performance gaps, risks, and areas for improvement; work with operational teams to develop and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and standardize templates, tools, and procedures for effective contract management.
Stakeholder Management
- Communicate proactively with internal teams (operations, finance, HR) to ensure mutual understanding of contractual obligations.
- Attend monthly meetings with MHA representatives and other key stakeholders to review performance, discuss challenges, and plan improvements.
Risk Management & Continuous Improvement
- Identify potential contractual and operational risks; recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support audit exercises and ensure readiness for client or internal reviews.
- Propose and implement process improvements to strengthen contract governance and operational efficiency.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in contract management, vendor management, or client account management (preferably within government or facilities/security services sectors).
- Strong understanding of contractual frameworks, performance management, and compliance monitoring will be an added advantage
- Strong communicator with good analytical skills, high attention to detail, proficient in MS Office, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Demonstrates integrity and professionalism, is proactive and results‑oriented, and works effectively across teams.
