Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure front-office execution of logistics services meets contractual SLA, compliance, safety, and security requirements.
  • Supervise daily operations including manpower deployment, attendance management, and service execution.
  • Conduct manpower planning, demand forecasting, and resource allocation to meet operational requirements.
  • Manage rostering to ensure optimal manpower utilisation and coverage. 
    Oversee staff discipline and conduct interviews.
  • Monitor attendance and enforce compliance with company policies and operational standards. 
    Support establishment of new project, including manpower setup, system readiness, and operational coordination.
  • Prepare and submit incident-related reports to customers, including documentation of root cause and corrective actions.
  • Anticipate operational risks or constraints and implement preventive measures.
  • Ensure familiarity and compliance with contract-specific SLA requirements and operational KPIs.
  • Monitor and report delivery-related issues, including tracking resolution status and implementing improvements.
  • Manage courier system’s backend operations including account creation, service type configuration, and issue escalation (e.g., bugs).
  • Collaborate with controllers and stakeholders to ensure seamless operational execution and issue resolution.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned to support operational effectiveness and service delivery.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in logistics operations, fleet management, or supervisory roles preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SLA-driven operations, compliance, and service delivery standards.
  • Experience in manpower planning, rostering, and operational coordination.
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills to manage ground operations teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate and manage operational issues.
  • Effective communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with courier systems and workforce management tools preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic operational environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays based on operational needs.
