Duties & Responsibilities

•    Responsible for registration for customers
•    Administer customer satisfaction survey
•    Attend to daily customers queries
•    Provide general office administrative support
•    Maintain proper filing and records
•    Any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Skills & Experience

•    Minimum GCE “N” or “O” Levels
•    1-2 years of working experience in customer service environment preferred
•    Possess good interpersonal skills
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
