Duties & Responsibilities

  • Overall command of the operation in Cash Processing Centre (CPC)
  • Work closely with Development team in developing operational solutions and planning based on the customer’s requirements with respect to available resources and capability
  • Identify areas of WSH concerns in within CPC and implement mitigating actions, when possible
  • Ensure the operation team adhere to all customer’s SLA without fail
  • Ensure all MOM regulation such as daily and monthly OT hours are met without any breaches
  • Manage the developmental aspects of staffs in the workplace and to ensure succession planning on all aspect of the organization chart
  • Ensure the efficiency & effectiveness of CPC operations.
  • Engage customer during contract renewal and SLA meeting to ensure all customer’s feedback and queries are responded to.
  • Any other duties and projects assigned by Head, Cash Services and internal stakeholders                                                                                                                                                                          

 

Skills & Experience

•    Bachelor’s degree from recognised University.
•    Commissioned NS SAF Officer will be an advantage.
•    Good interpersonal skills and a team player with positive attitude.
•    Able to multi-task, make decision and work independently.
•    Driven, result orientated and able to work in a fast pace environment.
