Duties & Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate all facility operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery.

- Act as the main liaison between facility management, contractors, and building users for operational matters.

- Monitor and manage the performance of on-site teams (technicians, cleaners, security, etc.), ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.

- Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance with regulations.

- Maintain accurate records of incidents, maintenance activities, and shift handovers.

- Support the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

- Prepare and submit shift reports, including recommendations for process improvements.

- Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing guidance and support to team members.

Skills & Experience

- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in facility or operations management, with prior supervisory or managerial responsibilities.

- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance processes, and workplace safety.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability perform rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
