Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage matters pertaining to morale, welfare and Workplace Safety & Health of ground staff.
  • Assist management of performance concerns, disciplinary actions and conflict management issues.
  • Investigate work-related or compliance issues and prepare summary reports, conclusions and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Attend to staff queries (regarding salary, employee benefits, claims etc) and manage staff grievances in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support and/or the Employee Relations Manager in all employee welfare initiatives/ projects.
  • Assist to collate timesheets and monitor employees’ attendance via the Time-Tracking System (TTS).
  • Conduct site and house visits periodically and as and when necessary, and to support the delivery and distribution of critical documents, such as letters, contracts etc, to employees.
  • On-boarding management, including the following:

        - Conduct induction briefing.
        - Coordination with internal Lodgings team on housing-related    matters.
        - Work Pass applications.
        - Mounting of staff.

  • Off-boarding management, including the following:

        - Guide employee through exit processes.
        - Conduct Exit interviews to solicit valuable feedback.

 

 

Skills & Experience

  • Minimally a Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimally 2 years of relevant experience in a related role.
  • Passionate in HR/Employee relations/ Engaging with staff.
  • Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency of the Singapore Employment Act.
  • Meticulous, analytical and possesses an eye for details.
