Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of employee relations, serving as the key liaison between the company, employees, and clients.
  • Handle employee enquiries, grievances, payroll-related matters, and disciplinary cases in accordance with company policies.
  • Advise management on employee relations issues, policy interpretation, and staff management matters.
  • Investigate employee misconduct, workplace conflicts, and policy violations, recommending appropriate resolutions.
  • Coordinate the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, resignations, terminations, retrenchments, and exit interviews.
  • Support the administration of compensation and benefits.
  • Act as the primary client contact for employee-related matters, including performance, attendance, deployment, timesheets, and operational requirements.
  • Ensure timely submission of timesheets, attendance records, and required documentation in compliance with company and client requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits and employee engagement activities, including visits to company-provided accommodation where required.
  • Facilitate project planning and manpower requirements with clients and internal stakeholders to support operational needs.
  • Support Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) compliance by coordinating safety requirements, monitoring employee adherence to regulations, and assisting with incident reporting and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate employee, project, and WSH records, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Support HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance employee engagement and operational effectiveness.
  • Perform any other duties or ad hoc assignments as assigned by Management.

Skills & Experience

  • Good communication skills, positive mind-set, self-motivated and target driven candidates preferred
  • People oriented
  • Able to adhere to our organisation’s standard practices and work ethics
  • Knowledge of HR experience & MOM legislations
  • Able to work with clients of various positions
  • Experience in Aerospace Engineering Industry a major plus
