Duties & Responsibilities

  • Execute full spectrum of employee relations function as liaison between employer and employee and also engagement with client
  • Involves in receiving and effectively handling employee complaints and payroll inquires
  • Execute disciplinary action where applicable in accordance to proper HR policies and practices of the company
  • Update employees with any changes in company policy
  • Advising Head Employment on treatment of staff and company policies
  • Responds to employee violations of policy and generally helps to resolve conflict in the workplace
  • Facilitate the layoff, termination or departure process of employees who leave voluntarily. Conduct exit interviews and administe severance, and often assist with firing decisions and notification of termination.
  • Support in simple compensation and benefit matters
  • Touch point with client on employee matters such as performance, timesheet matters
  • Visit employees at company accommodation (if required)
  • Conduct site visits to engage employees or conduct on-site brief and engagement
  • Enforcement of Employee’s requirements such as submission of timesheet, supporting documents

Skills & Experience

  • Good communication skills, positive mind-set, self-motivated and target driven candidates preferred
  • People oriented
  • Able to adhere to our organisation’s standard practices and work ethics
  • Knowledge of HR experience & MOM legislations
  • Able to work with clients of various positions
  • Experience in Aerospace Engineering Industry a major plus
