Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage deployment scheduling & execution
  • Supervise, monitor and audit officers' performance and discipline
  • Induct new officers
  • Provide counseling and coaching support to officers
  • Responsible for complaints & incidents management, prepare replies/ reports for closure 
  • Conduct after office checks
  • Support & participate in client's events as and when required
  • Prepare monthly reports/Incident reports. etc
  • Responsible for uniform, stationery and equipment inventory management & support
  • Compile & submit attendance records, performance info, related leave forms, etc for payroll processing & HR administration update 
  • Institute security and safety awareness to security officers at customers’ premises
  • Provide guidance and training to the security team
  • Ensure efficient and smooth operation at customers’ premises 
  • Carry out assessment of the security team and evaluation of their performance through Red Teaming Exercises
  • Supporting Operations deployment in standing-in duty post when required

Skills & Experience

  • Candidates with strong supervisory skills from the uniform group or with relevant experience managing in-house / external security functions preferred
  • Certified Security Supervisor/Senior Security Supervisor preferred
  • Strong writing skills
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity & professionalism
  • Able to respond to operational requirements after office hours including weekends/public holidays
