Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the tracking & timely processing of contract related matters such as renewals and conversion to ensure that all employees are legally contracted etc
  • Assist and manage confirmation appraisal process for new hires
  • Execute employee transfer process through raising Internal Staff Movement Portal
  • Responsible for raising of any attrition requests via Off-Boarding Portal and coordination of all offboarding checks and processes
  • Responsible for the tracking & coordination of required supporting documents and medical reports so as to process the renewal of Work Pass and work-related license in a timely and smooth manner. 
  • Ensure all work-related application are completed timely and licenses are renewed up to date 
  • Coordination of yearly mandatory work-related medical check-ups for staff in concern
  • Coordination of emplacement of eligible officers and timely submission to Group HR
  • Responsible for replacement of Work Pass and work-related pass cards
  • Close liaison with Shared Services Centre in updating of data and information 
  • Preparation of Certificate of Service & Plaque for Off-Boarding employee
  • Supports in bond related matters and processes for staff in concern 
  • Preparation of monthly / ad-hoc reports for HR, Business Units and Management Team
  • Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvements
  • Attend to and resolve employees and/or business queries and requests by applying HR standard operating procedures while maintaining a confidential work environment
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on employee data

Skills & Experience

  • Diploma or equivalent, preferably in Human Resource Management or Information Technology
  • Preferably with 2 – 3 years of HR or Business Administrative experience
  • Sound knowledge of Employment Act and government agencies regulations
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Matured and independent team player, self-motivated and creative with problem-solving skills
  • Service-oriented mindset coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills
