Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Handle training registrations and follow up on course confirmations and payments.
  • Verify invoices, raise purchase requisitions, and manage goods received.
  • Support administrative functions such as stationery, uniforms, safety shoes, etc.
  • Liaise with relevant government bodies and authorities (e.g., MOM) on HR-related matters, surveys, and reports.
  • Liaise with site personnel and dormitory operators.
  • Upload substitutions in the attendance system.
  • Process leave applications and submit hold-pay requests.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintain and update employees' records.
  • Assist in regulatory surveys and management reports.

Skills & Experience

  • At least 3 years of practical experience, preferably in an HR role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational abilities and proven ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills.
