Duties & Responsibilities

Enterprise Operational Governance: Proven ability to set direction, govern, and assure end-to-end Cash-In-Transit transport operations, ensuring sustained service reliability, regulatory compliance, and security excellence at scale.
Strategic Transport & Fleet Management: Deep expertise in defining transport strategies, fleet capability planning, lifecycle management, and resource optimization to meet current and future SLA demands.
Leadership & Talent Development: Demonstrated capability to lead a team of operation managers, build a strong leadership bench, and instill a culture of discipline, accountability, and high performance.
Risk, Security & Crisis Leadership: Strong command of risk governance, incident command, and crisis management, with experience leading investigations, audits, and post-incident remediation.
Operational Transformation & Process Excellence: Track record of championing and delivering large-scale process improvements, SOP standardization, and operational modernization initiatives.
Systems Strategy & Digital Enablement: Ability to define and own the roadmap for transport systems, data platforms, and digital tools that enhance control, visibility, and decision-making.
SLA, Performance & Client Assurance: Departmental-level ownership of SLA frameworks, KPI governance, and transparent performance reporting to strengthen client confidence and contractual assurance.
Executive Stakeholder & Change Leadership: Proven ability to engage senior clients, regulators, auditors, and internal leadership while driving organizational change and continuous improvement.
Workplace Safety & Security Governance: Executive accountability for workplace safety, including safety management systems, regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and fostering a strong safety culture across transport operations.

Skills & Experience

  • At least 8–10 years of operational experience, with 3–5 years in a people leadership role
  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline; backgrounds in Security Management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Proven leadership experience in operations, command, or security environments, with exposure to high‑volume or regulated settings (e.g. SAF, SPF, or reputable security organisations) considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of manpower regulations (MOM & PRD), security procedures, and access control standards
  • Confident decision making with solid problem‑solving and crisis management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communicator, able to engage stakeholders and produce clear reports
  • Good grasp of operational planning, risk assessment, and compliance requirements
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, 24/7 operational environment and performing well under pressure
