Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and govern secure transport and CIT operations at scale, ensuring reliability, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Define transport and fleet strategy, including capability planning and lifecycle management.
  • Lead and develop operations managers; build a strong leadership bench and performance culture.
  • Command incident and crisis response; oversee investigations, audits, and corrective actions.
  • Drive operational excellence through SOP standardisation, process improvement, and modernisation.
  • Own transport systems and data roadmaps to improve visibility, control, and decision‑making.
  • Maintain SLA performance, KPI governance, and transparent client reporting.
  • Ensure strong workplace safety governance and a robust safety culture.

Skills & Experience

  • 8–10 years of operational experience, including 3–5 years in a people leadership role.
  • Proven leadership in operations, logistics, command, or security environments.
  • Experience in regulated or high‑volume operational settings is a strong advantage (e.g. security, defence, law enforcement).
  • Good understanding of manpower regulations, security procedures, and risk management.
  • Decisive, calm under pressure, and confident leading in a fast‑paced 24/7 operation.
  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline (Security Management / Business / Operations preferred).
