Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with business users, technical teams, and vendors to analyze and define business requirements. Ensure functional specifications are aligned and baselined after user reviews, covering the full lifecycle from requirements gathering, POC, and solution analysis to testing and final delivery.
  • Map business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop business cases for sustainable, cost-effective IT solutions.
  • Conduct detailed requirements gathering and analysis to support project objectives.
  • Provide value to business users by recommending best practices, leveraging technology to enhance processes, and facilitating their change management efforts to align with project goals.
  • Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders effectively, ensuring timely delivery of solutions, while monitoring project progress and performance.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Create and execute test plans to verify that solutions meet specified requirements and are free from defects.
  • Support change management by developing training materials and offering end-user support during the implementation of new systems or processes.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and prepare updates to keep stakeholders and senior management informed of project progress.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience managing outsourced IT infrastructure and application development operations.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage relationships in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with low-code platforms, data analytics, cloud solutions, design thinking, and service design is a plus.
