Duties & Responsibilities

Issuance and Return of Non-controlled Equipment:

  • Perform issuance and return of non-controlled equipment to duty personnel. ​
  • Maintain inventory and movement records via system.

Maintenance:

  • Timely charging and replacement of equipment powered by batteries. 
  • Upkeep of t-loan items such as rain coat, safety vests, etc
  • Report damaged items to the Logistics OIC for timely replacement. 

Accountability:

  • Ensure inventory and movement records are accurate at all times. 
  • Be accountable for all daily equipment store operations, including issuing and returning non-controlled equipment and/or cash equivalents. 
  • Stock check at the start/end of each shift.

Issuance of Taxi E-vouchers:

  • Validate authorization slips signed by the Authorizing Officer and countercheck with the specimen signature. 

Exception Reporting:

  • Report any exceptions detected during daily operations, such as failure to return equipment within the stipulated time frame or inventory discrepancies. 

Skills & Experience

  • NITEC with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
