Duties & Responsibilities

As a Management Associate at Certis, you will embark on an exciting journey of professional development, gaining exposure to diverse business functions and operations. This rotational program is designed to accelerate your growth by providing hands-on experience in areas such as Operations Management, Sales & Account Management, Quality Assurance, Data Analytics, Application & Software Development, Corporate Planning & Strategy, and Human Resources. You will work on impactful projects, collaborate across departments, and be mentored by senior leaders, equipping you with the knowledge, skills, and insights to contribute meaningfully to Certis' innovative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities we will trust you with:

• Develop comprehensive knowledge and gain exposure to various business units across the organization.
• Analyze business operations, digital tools, and processes, leveraging data to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare for internal and external meetings by drafting presentations, conducting research, and developing proposals.
• Present findings, participate actively in discussions, and handle post-meeting follow-ups.
• Lead and coordinate assigned projects, including special initiatives, from formulation and research to implementation.
• Manage priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operations, identify process inefficiencies, and drive improvements.
• Build strong working relationships with peers, managers, and senior leaders to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency.

Skills & Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Recent graduates or early-career professionals with no more than 2 years of full-time work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Distinction/High Merit or equivalent academic achievement.
• Interest in and curiosity about the security industry, with a strong aptitude for technological skills (e.g., data analytics, basic coding).
• Resourceful and adaptable, with the ability to handle a wide range of projects and priorities effectively.
• Quick learner with a growth mindset, capable of grasping new concepts and driving process improvements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to building relationships and working across teams.
