Duties & Responsibilities

Summary:

Launch your career with Certis through a 24-month programme designed to develop future leaders. As a Management Associate, you will gain broad exposure across technology, operations and business strategy, take on meaningful assignments and work alongside experienced leaders to address real business challenges. You will contribute to Certis’ transformation as an integrated, tech-led services partner while building the capabilities and relationships needed to grow your career with us.

 What you’ll do:

• Gain broad exposure through assignments across functions and business units, which may include Operations Management, Sales and Account Management, AI and Robotics, Application and Software Development, Strategy and Transformation, and Corporate Functions such as Human Resources.
• Develop a strong understanding of business operations while supporting digital transformation and process improvement. Analyse data and business information to generate actionable insights, inform decisions and improve outcomes within your assigned team or business unit.
• Support internal and external engagements, including meetings with business units, senior leaders and potential clients. Conduct business research and analysis to develop commercially sound proposals, present recommendations to stakeholders and translate agreed decisions into effective execution.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, including special projects, from research and formulation through evaluation and implementation. Manage competing priorities and adapt your approach to a dynamic working environment.
• Build trusted relationships across teams, departments and business units to understand how the organisation operates and enable effective collaboration. Work with peers, people managers and senior leaders to navigate organisational priorities, align stakeholders and contribute effectively across functions.

Skills & Experience

• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply or early-career professional with no more than two years of full-time work experience.
• A recognised degree with strong academic achievement, such as an Honours Degree with Distinction, High Merit or an equivalent qualification.
• Curious about the security industry and keen to understand how technology is shaping its future, with confidence in using digital tools and data and exposure to areas such as analytics or basic coding.
• Open-minded and adaptable, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, embrace change and remain effective in dynamic environments.
• Demonstrates resourcefulness and sound judgement in managing competing priorities and developing practical solutions.
• Demonstrates strong learning agility and a growth mindset, with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, consider diverse perspectives, and adapt effectively to different situations.
• Continuously seeks opportunities to improve processes, ways of working and outcomes.
