Duties & Responsibilities

You will play an integral role in the planning and executing the employer brand communication and engagement strategy, creating opportunities to build the brand in the talent marketplace and within the organisation.

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to build a firm foundation for the employer brand via digital, social media, PR and interpersonal interactions
  • Design and drive employee engagement initiatives Group-wide to create more positive experiences that employees will value
  • Through the physical workplace, co-create policy and communication standards to create a better, more connected workplace where employees grow and thrive
  • Connect data with actionable insights to drive business decisions and improve the overall employee experience
  • Work with teams to keep employee wellbeing top-of-mind and introduce programmes that improve stress management and employee happiness


Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or Human Resources related discipline.
  • 6 – 8 years of experience in related fields such as employer branding, employee engagement, internal communications, workplace design and/or data analytics
  • Excellent people skills, and command of written and spoken English.
  • Creative and resourceful, with the ability to multi-task, and navigate around ambiguity and change.
